According to the Colorado Springs Gazette, the hot apartment market in Colorado Springs is continuing to draw interest from out-of-state investors, eager to invest tens of millions of dollars in multi-family properties.
A limited liability company formed by Coughlin & Co., a family-owned Denver real estate company, recently paid $28.6 million for the 156-unit Bonterra Lakeside Apartments on the Springs’ southwest side.
