DENVER — Column Commercial Partners (CCP), a comprehensive tenant advisory services firm based in Denver, recently secured a long-term lease on a 4,953-square-foot office space for MeetMindful, the first and only dating app for people pursuing a healthy, mindful lifestyle. The tech startup’s new office space is located at 1444 Wazee St., Suite 130 in the Elephant Corral building in LoDo.
Elephant Corral, owned by Unico Properties, consists of two brick and timber mixed-use buildings (both listed as contributing structures to the Lower Downtown National Register Historic District) featuring a private outdoor courtyard with seating, tables and bike racks for convenience. The property also offers a common area shower, onsite parking and adjacent B-Cycle station
Located in one of Denver’s most desirable neighborhoods for growing companies, the MeetMindful team has easy access to world-class restaurants and retail as well as connectivity to multi-modal transportation options including the Cherry Creek Trail system.
“MeetMindful exemplifies the entrepreneurial ecosystem we have in Colorado,” said Matt Brower, managing broker at CCP. “We worked closely with them to develop and implement a strategic real estate plan that supports their mission of making a meaningful impact on the dating community. Our process maximized efficiency and cost savings to land them in a premier spot in LoDo that can accommodate their continued growth.”
Launched in 2015, Denver-based MeetMindful is a relationships company that inspires people to make meaningful connections every day. Promoted as more than a dating app, the company is a meeting ground for people who want to live their happiest, healthiest lives—and connect with others who feel the same.
