Compark Business Campus Signs New Tech Tenant

AVI-SPL, a leading multi-office provider of collaboration and audio video technologies, has signed a 25,865-square-foot lease at 8560 Upland Drive, a Southeast Denver industrial building in the Compark Business Campus in Englewood, owned by joint venture  Kenai Capital Advisors and CWCapital.

According to Kenai, the lease is a testament to enduring tenant demand for quality industrial space in Southeast Denver. AVI-SPL identified the property for its strategic location, high power availability, and ability to provide both office and industrial finishes to meet its operational requirements. Securing AVI-SPL as a tenant at this location allows the partnership to support the audio-visual market which is expected to grow at a rate of 11.5% annually between 2021 and 2028.

“We are excited to welcome AVI-SPL as a strong addition to our roster of tenants at the Compark Business Campus. The addition of AVI-SPL is in concert with the contraction of another tenant leading to no downtime or vacancy for the portfolio” said Jules Sherwood of Kenai Capital Advisors. “We are thrilled to see AVI-SPL’s success at their new location at 8560 Upland and we look forward to fostering their continued strategic growth.”

“The Compark Business Campus is the ideal location for AVI-SPL as we continue to expand our footprint in the Denver area,”said Michael Kalman, regional general manager for AVI-SPL. “We look forward to bringing together two legacy facilities into our new location to provide improved collaboration and space for us to grow and better serve our customers.”

Stream’s Tyler Reed SIOR, Peter Beugg SIOR, and Dominic DiOrio SIOR represented CWCapital and Kenai Capital Advisors in the transaction. Bryan Rodriguez of JLL represented AVI-SPL.
