A 122- unit apartment complex in Cherry Creek called Gables Residences is underway with a target completion date of Q1 2019. Smith Jones Partners is the developer of the project.
The eight-story building is located at 360 S. Monroe St. and will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units, as well as six townhomes. Rents start at $2,160 for one-bedroom units and $5,496 for the townhomes. Amenities include a rooftop pool, spa, theater, yoga studio and courtyard putting green.
Cherry Creek was picked as the location because it is highly sought-after with adjacent access to the Cherry Creek Trail.
