As Observatory Row, the new row homes in Denver’s Observatory Park neighborhood, continues to welcome new residents, construction of the development’s fifth and final building will be complete in May.
Some of the construction work that is currently wrapping-up includes framing and window installation and the rough-in of mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The general contractor for the project is K2 and the architect is Godden Sudik.
Deviree Vallejo with LivSotheby’s is inviting interested buyers to schedule a tour of the site and the popular Denver neighborhood and is hosting an open house event on Saturday, February 29. The event will include an offering of a custom-made pair of Meier skis to anyone who has a contract accepted by the developer, BSD One, LLC, on or before February 29, 2020.
Located at 4100 South Iliff Avenue, Observatory Row includes 3 bedroom 3.5 bath homes ranging in size from 1,731 square feet up to 1,885 feet. Pricing starts in the low $500,000s. Observatory Row provides a maintenance-free lifestyle in the geographic center of Denver and within walking distance of over 20 restaurants, shopping, entertainment and the Colorado Station light rail.
“Observatory Park and University Hills offer the convenience of a central location and the serenity of a traditional neighborhood,” said Deviree Vallejo. “This new development is in a prime location, with large floorplans and no expense is being spared by the developer in terms of fit and finish.”
LivSotheby’s is also finishing the sell out for the same developer at Perry Row at Sloans, the most successful new home community in Denver in the past two years.
