General contractor Hyder Construction has commenced the foundation pour for national developer PMG’s Waldorf Astoria Residences Denver Cherry Creek, marking a notable next step in the evolution of Denver’s luxury real estate market.
Slated for completion in Q1 2028, the exclusive collection of 37 luxury residences will offer timeless elegance and is poised to become a landmark in Cherry Creek North, featuring stunning architecture, world-class amenities, a Peacock Alley-inspired lounge, and a signature ground-floor restaurant.
This foundation pour marks an exciting next step for both the project and the continued growth of Cherry Creek North. There are several scheduled foundation pours, with the first one completed on April 9 and the last one scheduled for the end of August. The largest pour was just completed on May 28. The project requires approximately 6,115 cubic yards of concrete in total. The expected completion date is Q1 2028.
