Construction Update: Laurel Cherry Creek Condos
DENVER– Construction of Laurel Cherry Creek, developed by PAULSCORP, continues to progress at a steady pace with the recent announcement that Haselden Construction is now assembling the rooftop entertainment deck on top of the building, and the base of the building is currently being wrapped with limestone panels. The activity is helping to maintain the target date of moving in the condo building’s first residents by first quarter 2019.
Additional construction work includes:
- Materials being hoisted for outdoor summer kitchen.
- Frame work started in the main lobby and corridors.
- Operation of the three, high-speed elevators.
- Installation of custom cabinetry and fireplace tiles.
- Installation of appliance packages and flooring.
Nearly two-thirds of the condominiums are currently under contract. The sales surge has been attributed to the release of the few remaining two bedroom, two bedroom + study, and three bedroom homes to the market. The release currently holds at least one residence on each floor, though several plans have sold out or are down to the final home. Prices for the remaining residences are from $700,000.
