Denver-based Continuum Partners is nearing the completion of its $200 million Market Station project in downtown Denver. The Flats and Fourteen45 Residences are now open, as well as the for-lease office. The retail space, which is anticipated to be occupied this summer, will include established national brands, emerging concepts and a small number of restaurants.
Punch list walkthroughs are either underway or have been completed on the exterior and interior of the project and all paving work has been completed and received signatures from Denver city inspectors. The site construction fencing has been removed, as requested by the city.
Kiewit Construction is serving as general contractor for Market Station. El Dorado Inc. out of Kansas City is the lead design architect and BOKA Powell out of Dallas is the architect of record. Todd Wheeler of Cushman & Wakefield is the project’s office leasing broker while Continuum Partners will handle the retail leasing in-house.
Market Station includes the entire city block bounded by 16th, 17th, Market and Blake Streets. Market Station consists of 370,000 square feet of development including 95,000 square feet of creative office space; 85,000 square feet of retail; and 225 residential rental units.
