The Women of Influence Awards celebration will be held on October 3, 2024 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Denver Art Museum.
CREW Denver is now taking nominations for the following award categories:
The CREW Connector Award: The CREW Connector award honors a CREW Denver member who has shown outstanding dedication to supporting member-to-member business, connecting members, and promoting the growth and mission of CREW.
The Trailblazer Award: The Trailblazer award honors a dynamic woman who has made a positive impact within the commercial real estate industry through her leadership, deal-making, service back to the community, entrepreneurial spirit, and exemplification of admirable judgment and professionalism.
The Rising Leader Award: The Rising Leader award recognizes an exceptional woman within the Colorado commercial real estate community who has less than 10 years of professional experience. This honoree is dynamic, growth-oriented, involved in the community, and shows early promise as an influential future leader in the industry.
The Project Impact Award: The Project Impact award recognizes a recent Colorado commercial real estate project and the team behind the project that stands out as having made a significant impact on the community and sets an example for future commercial real estate projects to follow. Key factors of consideration are
1. Project’s complexity
2. Project’s creativity and innovation
3. Project’s greater community impact.
The project must be deemed “substantially complete.” Nominations must include at least one key female involved on the project team.
The DEI Excellence Award honors a Company or group who has demonstrated a robust and concrete commitment to advancing and enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the commercial real estate industry in the metropolitan Denver area. Criteria to be considered include:
1. Employee training
2. Programs initiated or maintained with successful outcomes
3. Resources deployed to promote DEI initiatives (funds, time, people, etc.)
4. Statistical confirmation of outcomes
5. Anecdotal success stories
6.Progress toward mission critical goals for 2025 and beyond
