According to the Denver Business Journal, shoemaker Crocs Inc. will relocate its corporate headquarters to Broomfield in 2020.
Crocs will move from its current 98,000-square-foot headquarters at 7477 East Dry Creek Parkway in Niwot to a new 88,000-square-foot headquarters at 13699 Via Varra Road in Broomfield.
The building is part of Ektin Johnson Real Estate Partners’ ATRIA a two-building, 176,586-square-foot office campus. The lease is for an initial term of 10 years, and has two five-year renewal options.
In January, Colorado Economic Development Commission member approved $606,272 in job-growth incentive tax credits for “Project Playa,” an unidentified company believed to be Crocs, according to previous Denver Business Journal reporting.
