Project partners Revesco Properties and Alpine Investments (RPAI), Pinkard Construction, and Santulan Architecture have broken ground on a new mixed-use development project in Denver’s Berkeley neighborhood.
akin Tennyson will feature 8,500 square feet of service and restaurant retail and 84 upscale residential apartment homes with sought-after amenities, including a unique ground-floor outdoor community space, a large, resident rooftop terrace with sweeping mountain views, three resident courtyards with various programming and seating areas, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and custom art pieces from local artists. The project is expected to be completed in the fall of 2024.
The project is the second of four of RPAI’s upcoming projects that will operate under the umbrella of one brand known as akin. RPAI is developing the brand to appeal to a sophisticated, discerning, urban-minded resident while elevating each local neighborhood by creating an elegant and timeless living experience. While exterior and interior aesthetics and amenities will vary per location, each will draw upon the same brand foundation: a distinctly urban recipe of design, wellness, culture, service, and connection to the neighborhood.
