Los Angeles-based Dab Nation, a national leader in solventless hash oil tools and expertise, is celebrating the grand opening of its newest flagship store at 1209 Bruce Randolph Ave. in Denver this weekend with a two-day event.
The new Denver retail location will be Dab Nation’s second store, with the original store located in Los Angeles. Dab Nation is the brainchild of #teamSHO, a group of people who love cannabis oil and strive to educate people around the world about the benefits of solventless hash extracts along with new and innovative ways to consume them.
“We are super excited to bring our culture of art and cannabis to the people of Denver and the surrounding areas. We invite anyone from those just curious about the scene, to the concentrate connoisseurs, to come visit us and speak with our knowledgeable staff about the latest cannabis tech and trends on the market and learn how to dab right,” said Vincent D’Accolti, co-founder and creator of opportunities at SHO Companies.
Legalized cannabis is emerging as a multibillion-dollar industry and it is having an immensely positive effect on the commercial real estate industry, particularly in the retail and industrial sectors. According to a recent study by the National Association of Realtors, in states where medical marijuana is legal 31 percent of commercial real estate professionals report increased demand for retail space while 34 percent note increased demand for warehouse space.
The event takes place on Friday, September 18 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday, September 19 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., at their new store location. It will feature cannabis celebrities like Adam iLL and Trees N Breeze, industry experts such as Ben McCabe of Rosin Tech Labs, as well as live painting and DJ sets from local artists RubeZilla, Vincent Gordon, and Nikka T. The grand opening event is free and open to anyone 21+.
