Delta Dental of Colorado has recommitted to southeast Denver with the announcement of its HQ move to Peakview Tower, located at 6465 South Greenwood Plaza Boulevard. The company is leasing 55,438 square feet alongside the Delta Dental of Colorado Foundation. Together, the companies employ nearly 200 people who serve 1.4 million customers across the state.

Frederic de Loizaga, Ryan Link and Rob Link with CBRE represented Delta Dental in the lease.

“Delta Dental really prioritized the employee experience in their decision to relocate. They already have an outstanding corporate culture, and through this space they are redefining and promoting the values that make their company unique and creating a headquarters that their team members will be excited to step into every day,” said Frederic de Loizaga, first vice president, CBRE.

Peakview Tower is a 10-story Class A office building located on 6.5 acres just north of East Arapahoe Road between South Quebec Street and I-25 in Centennial. Building amenities include a newly remodeled fitness center with locker rooms and showers, bike storage, a new on-site micro-market concept and outdoor seating areas. The property is adjacent to Fiddler’s Green Amphitheater and within walking distance of several restaurants and retail shops. The Arapahoe at Village Center light rail station is one block east of the building.

“We spent a lot of time listening to what our team members wanted in a workspace and working with CBRE to explore the best options for our new home. As an organization focused on improving health, we appreciated the wellness features of Peakview Tower, including the fitness center, healthy food options, outdoor areas and easy access to light rail and bike paths. Many people are not aware of the connection between oral health and overall health, and our hope is that the new space will help us continue to grow our business and deliver on our mission to improve oral health in Colorado,” said Greg Vochis, chief financial officer, Delta Dental of Colorado.

Delta Dental of Colorado invests more than half of what it earns back into the community. Over the past 10 years the company has donated over $70 million in the form of support for its foundation and other community benefit organizations and activities. The company has been in Colorado for more than 60 years and plans to design its new space with a connection to the Centennial State’s history, present and future. The space will reflect Colorado’s diversity and highlight key contributions from communities across the state.
