AE Design Moves to Larger Office Space in Wazee Exchange Building

DENVERAE Design, a downtown Denver-based firm known for its award-winning integrated lighting design and electrical engineering solutions, today announced that they have moved their offices to 1900 Wazee Street, Suite 205 in the Wazee Exchange building. The firm’s staff has doubled in size since 2013 with an overall 2016 year-over-year increase in revenue of 20 percent, making this move a critical step for continued growth.

With more than 5,000 square feet, AE Design’s new offices—located within the same building—also offer greater configurable open space for increased collaboration among staff and clients.

“When Jeff and I founded our firm in 2004, our first office was located on the second floor of this building. We moved to the 3 rd floor a few years later,” said AE Design Cofounder Jon Brooks. “Ironically, our effort to once again accommodate our growing team led us to an office space just down the hall from our original space. We’ve come
full circle!”

“The historic Wazee Exchange Building has been the perfect location for our clients and staff, so we could not be more pleased to have the opportunity to remain here,” adds Jeff Mullikin, cofounder of AE Design. “Amenities and access have always been important to us—here we will continue to have access to our clients, transit, entertainment, great lunch venues, and bike storage as well.”

Founded in 2004, Denver-based AE Design helps elevate the spaces architects design and build. Known nationwide for its high-value, fully integrated lighting design and electrical engineering solutions, the firm’s unique approach to working with architects goes beyond conventional MEP offerings.
