DENVER – Atlas Real Estate Group, a full-service realty group specializing in real estate investments, brokerage and property management, has the acquired Proform Real Estate Investment Services, the second company acquisition of 2017 for Atlas. In this transaction, Atlas will specifically acquire and merge with the property management division of Proform.
Proform was founded with the purpose of providing property owners with the most flexible, cost-efficient and effective services for their properties – a philosophy that perfectly aligns with Atlas’s own. Through the merger, Natalie Dustman, founder of Proform, will join Atlas in an advisory role.
Atlas’s property management services started with zero units in January 2015. Since then, the company has established itself as a dominating force in the Colorado market, growing exponentially. The firm was named Best of Colorado Property Management 2017 by ColoradoBiz Magazine, and with the addition of Proform’s property management portfolio, Atlas now manages more than 1,800 residential real estate units. Atlas also acquired ESR Management earlier this year.
“As we continue to expand our property management services, we never lose sight of what’s most important – the client,” said Nick Mertens, vice president of property management at Atlas. “At our core, we’re still just owners helping owners.”
Atlas Real Estate Group was co-founded in 2008 by Ryan Boykin and Jason Shepherd. Since inception, the group’s real estate holdings have grown to over $50 million, and it has bought and sold more than 4,000 properties on behalf of individuals and institutional investors, totaling over $750 million worth of transactions.
