Denver-Based Property Management Firm Adds One DTC West to Property Management Portfolio

ColeTaylor, a Denver-based commercial property management company, recently expanded its property management portfolio to include One DTC West. Located at 4949 South Niagara Street, One DTC West is a four-story, 75,000-square-foot Class A office property located in the Denver Tech Center with stunning views of the Rocky Mountains.

“One West DTC is one of Denver Metro region’s premier office properties, from its beautiful design and incredible views to its close proximity to both I-25 and Belleview Station,” said Jessica Cole, partner, ColeTaylor. “In today’s market, a 100% leased office building is a rarity, but not surprising for One DTC West. This property is a gem, and we look forward to working closely with our tenants to ensure that One West DTC remains one of the most highly coveted buildings in the market.”

Located adjacent to I-25 and a few blocks from the Belleview Station, One DTC West is a state-of-the-art property, with glass curtain exterior walls, high-quality interior finishes, 9.5-foot ceilings in tenant spaces, and 10-foot ceilings on the top floor. The LEED Gold building was designed by Barber Architecture and completed in 2018.

Kentwood Real Estate is the anchor tenant, occupying the 22,000-square-foot top floor. Alpine Bank and Land Title Guarantee are also among the property’s tenants. One DTC West is currently 100% leased.

ColeTaylor supports clients through all phases of the building lifecycle, from transitioning premier assets from new construction to operations to full repositioning of existing assets. By exclusively focusing on third-party property management, ColeTaylor is able to fully align with their client’s interests, giving the team the flexibility to address their every need, expected and unexpected.
