Denver-Based Property Management Firm Adds One DTC West to Property Management Portfolio

ColeTaylor, a Denver-based commercial property management company, recently expanded its property management portfolio to include One DTC West. Located at 4949 South Niagara Street, One DTC West is a four-story, 75,000-square-foot Class A office property located in the Denver Tech Center with stunning views of the Rocky Mountains.
