DENVER – Vertix Builders, a Denver-based culture-focused construction company, is pleased to announce that the company has been awarded the contract to build a new 21,000-square-foot surgery center and physical therapy building in Laramie, Wyoming. The new building is being built on behalf of Premier Bone and Joint, an orthopedic group serving patients throughout the state of Wyoming as well as athletes from the University of Wyoming for more than 40 years.
Vertix will be working again with the owner’s rep, Somerset CPA, and architect, TreanorHL.
The $10 million, state of the art surgery center will provide doctors and patients with a modern facility providing a full range of surgical care, from basic procedures to total joint replacements. It will include three operating rooms, physical therapy gym, and be built on their current site while their other building remains in operation.
“We’ve established ourselves as a leading provider of construction services to the healthcare industry, and we are excited for this one to be in Wyoming,” said Ryan Bonner, president of Vertix Builders. “We have a history of providing the healthcare industry with highly efficient and modern facilities and this new surgery center and physical therapy building will provide the people who live and work in Wyoming with a superior facility that will meet their healthcare needs.”
