Denver-based Brinkman Real Estate, in partnership with ATLAS Capital Partners, has acquired Pointe Plaza Apartments, a 123-unit luxury multifamily community located in Cheyenne, Wyo., within the highly desirable “The Pointe” neighborhood.
The acquisition underscores continued investor interest in smaller, high-growth markets tied to Front Range expansion, where population growth and employer activity are driving sustained rental demand.
