Brandon Kaufman of Denver-based Capstone represented the seller, Pearl Street Limited Liability Company, in the transaction. The seller previously occupied the main floor office space but vacated it upon sale. The buyer, 710-712 S Pearl Street LLC, plans to take over the space and occupy the upstairs while improving the downstairs & making cosmetic upgrades to eventually rent out.
