The Rocky Mountain Lodging Report was released indicating that despite an increase in the supply of hotel rooms in the Denver metro area, the average daily rate of Denver hotels still rose from $130.12 to $136.72, over the first half of the year. The report also predicts that the average daily rate will increase to $185 by the end of the summer.
