Developers Scramble to Outline Affordable Housing Projects

According to an article published by The Denver Post, developers are being forced to stretch their limited funding resources, in light of a decrease in the value of federal low-income housing tax credits. Investors are no longer willing to pay as much for the tax credits due to the possibility of corporate tax cuts under the Trump administration.
