According to the Denver Business Journal, Denver University is planning a $143 million construction project for three of the university’s buildings: a first-year residence hall for $55.5 million, a new community commons center for $72.5 million and a career achievement and global alumni center for $15 million. The new buildings will be part of DU Impact 2025, an effort to rethink the way the university is connected with public transit and the rest of metro Denver.
