The dual-branded hotel Tru by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center and Home2 Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center, is set to open on Friday, Nov. 1. The 382-room hotel, with 176 Tru by Hilton rooms and 206 Home2 Suites by Hilton suites, is located at 801 15th Street in downtown Denver.
The property is owned and managed by Stonebridge Companies, a leading and privately owned hotel owner, operator and developer headquartered in Denver. The new 22-story dual-branded hotel is conveniently located near top Denver destinations including the Colorado Convention Center, Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Pepsi Center and 16th Street Mall.

The property will feature shared amenities such as a large, light-filled lobby with areas for guests to work, play games, eat and lounge; market for grab-and-go items; complimentary breakfast bar that includes more than 400 potential combinations; fitness center; guest laundry; valet parking; and five-story parking garage.
