DENVER — Dunton Commercial LLC, a Denver-based commercial property management and investment company, has acquired the property management division of Castle Rock-based NavPoint Real Estate Group. This allows NavPoint to focus on providing greater service and attention to its brokerage and investment clients.
The acquisition adds about 300,000 square feet of third-party property management and brings Dunton’s portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties to more than 3 million square feet.
“The NavPoint management acquisition gave Dunton the opportunity to add some great assets to the portfolio and add a great person to the team, Bonnie Keyes, CPM.” Said Taylor Fenn, owner of Dunton. “Since the acquisition of my first property management company in 2014, it has been obvious that technology will disrupt the industry, which is why Dunton is investing heavily, enabling greater efficiency and effectiveness for our team, allowing them to focus on adding value to our client’s assets.
“Additionally, through technology, we are able to scale and provide consistent service to our clients as we continue to bring on large properties and portfolios without losing the personal touch” Said Fenn. “We see an opportunity to provide value to owners of management companies who are looking to retire or exit their business for other reasons.” Added Fenn.
