In a company-wide survey, 100% of employees said it’s a great place To Work—43% points higher than the average U.S. company.

East West Partners has been recognized as a great place to work by several programs including Outside Magazine and The Denver Post. The company continues to improve employee benefits and programs. Beginning in 2026, East West Partners will increase the employee 401k match from 33% to 50% of the first 6% of salary and has improved other benefits such as switching to an insurance platform that provides an expanded network and better discounts, providing HSA seed money, and expanding employee coverage such as increased accident and critical illness coverage and new hospital indemnity. These new benefits build on improvements the company has made in the past three years including a month sabbatical after being at East West for seven years and then another month sabbatical every five years thereafter, unlimited time off, 14-week paid parental leave, $1,000 Annual Wellness Bonus, and improvements to internal communication and IT support.
