East West Partners, a Colorado-based real estate and community developer devoted to creating terrific places, notably Cherry Creek West, has been named to Outside Magazine’s 2024 Best Places to Work list, coming in at No. 42. This is the fourth time East West Partners has been a part of this prestigious program, having earned the No. 43 spot in 2023, No. 36 in 2019 and an Honorable Mention in 2022.
“I am tremendously proud that East West Partners has been honored for the third year a row by Outside Magazine’s Best Places to Work list,” said Chris Frampton, CEO of East West Partners. “Our overall goal for our company is to be the most respected real estate development company in America and that starts by prioritizing our people. To be recognized on this list means that we’re doing exactly that.”
Participating organizations must complete a two-part process to be considered for inclusion on the list. The first part evaluates each company’s workplace policies, practices and demographics and the second part consists of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combines score determines the top companies.
“It’s gratifying that our coworkers appreciate the culture that we’ve worked hard to build at East West Partners, which is focused on making sure we all feel valued and providing a great place to work,” said East West Partners Chief Marketing Officer Kristin Tootle. “I feel incredibly lucky to be a part of a team that has a shared passion for giving back to our people, our planet, our projects and our communities.”
Since 1986, East West Partners has developed and sold over $7 billion of residential and commercial real estate across the country. East West Partners is one of only two companies to have received three Urban Land Institute Awards for Excellence for their projects – Beaver Creek Village in Beaver Creek, and Union Station Neighborhood and Riverfront Park, both in Denver.
