Elevate Real Estate Services, an independent firm offering comprehensive management solutions with a personal touch and extensive experience in property and asset management, has received two new property management assignments: the Pecos Square Retail Center and a single-tenant office building located in Centennial.
- Pecos Square is a 10,729-square-foot retail center, located at 38th and Pecos in Denver. Current tenants include Wells Fargo, Burger King, Subway and Cricket Wireless.
- The office space in Centennial is a 30,000-square-foot office building, located at 7257 S. Tucson Way. It is a single tenant building, occupied by iLendingDIRECT.
Elevate Real Estate Services provides comprehensive management solutions defined by a more personal touch, years of experience, and proven excellence in property and asset management. The firm is headed by Dan Meitus, who also serves as president of the Denver Metro Building Owners and Managers Association for 2021 (BOMA). Prior to starting Elevate, Dan was managing partner at Unique Management Solutions, the commercial management arm of Unique Properties, overseeing a 1.5- million-square-foot portfolio. During the last 18 years in real estate asset management, he led the oversight of several large, complex portfolios—such as the Colorado State Land Board—winning the Denver Business Journal “Top Property Managers” Award six times. Prior to that, he helped build several technology companies such as eCollege.com and Nextel Communications. Dan started his career in marketing and project management at Hewlett Packard in Silicon Valley.
