Elevation Development Group, a real estate investment and development firm based in Denver, has purchased a half-block site that is currently being used as a parking lot in LoDo, located between 18th and 19th streets.
The developer has not yet released plans for the site. Elevation is also the co-developer of the HUB development in RiNo, a 275,000-square-foot mixed-use building.
