Denver, CO – Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners has broken ground on Hyatt Place Hotel in Westminster, Colorado. Located at 6865 W. 103 Ave., the hotel is slated to open in spring 2018 in partnership with hotel management company White Lodging.

Centrally located between Denver and Boulder, the hotel is sited just off Highway 36 with close proximity to restaurants, retail and corporations including Ball Corporation, Interlocken Business Park, Oracle, Level3 Communications, IBM, SunCorp, DigitalGlobe and Datalogic.
The six-story, 137-room hotel will include more than 2,000 square feet of meeting space. The hotel’s lobby will feature the Hyatt Place brand’s signature food and beverage options, including The Gallery, a 24-hour full-service bar offering wine, beer, spirits and coffee, as well as a complimentary hot breakfast, known as the a.m. Kitchen Skillet™. The hotel will also feature an indoor pool, state-of-the-art fitness center and outdoor patio with a recreation area.
