DENVER – Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners has secured Broomfield-based Conga as its first tenant of ATRIA, a recently completed 176,586-square-foot speculative Class A corporate campus on 15.46 acres in Broomfield. Conga will occupy the entire 88,293-square-foot north building located at 13699 Via Varra Rd., which will serve as the company’s global headquarters.
“ATRIA is ideally suited for a growing company like Conga looking for a progressive and amenity-rich work environment to attract and retain top employees from multiple talent pools along the Northwest Corridor,” said Ryan Good, partner at Etkin Johnson. “We’re honored to support Conga as it continues to grow and make an even greater impact on the Colorado community.”
ATRIA comprises two 88,293-square-foot office buildings with flexible open concept floor plans. Strategic use of natural light throughout the campus serves to support employee well-being, while also reducing energy consumption. Roll-up garage doors allow tenants to instantly create indoor/outdoor workspaces. Twelve-foot-high floor-to-ceiling windows wrap four sides of each building and have direct views of the nearby Flatirons.
“As one of the fastest-growing software companies in the greater Denver area, we can’t wait to consolidate our multiple Conga Colorado offices into our new Global Headquarters at ATRIA,” said Conga President and Chief Operating Officer Bob DeSantis. “ATRIA will provide an open, innovative space that will foster creativity and accommodate our growing team in Colorado.”
As the top paid application on the Salesforce AppExchange, Conga has more than a decade of experience increasing the value of the Sales Cloud by removing systems and process pain points that impede the customer lifecycle. The company currently serves 8,000+ customers.
Conga’s current 30,000-square-foot global headquarters is located at 390 Interlocken in Broomfield. The company is expected to move into ATRIA in March 2019 following an extensive build-out of the property, including a cafeteria and state-of-the-art workspace.
“We’ve been developing the Northwest Corridor for nearly 30 years, paying close attention to what leading companies like Conga are looking for,” added Good. “We’re continuing to provide a highly sought-after product that meets the demands of an ever-evolving market. ATRIA is a prime example of our progressive approach to developing modern workplaces that put the needs of employees first.”
Located near U.S. 36, Northwest Parkway, RTD Park-n-Ride and FlatIron Crossing Shopping Center, ATRIA is one of the Northwest Corridor’s most accessible and visible developments, offering a 4.1/1,000 parking ratio. Tenants also have access to 60 miles of hiking and biking trails along with hundreds of acres of parks and open space.
