Evergreen Devco, Inc. has purchased 12.80 acres of land in the Central Park neighborhood of Denver, from Stapleton II, LLC for an undisclosed amount. The purchase is the second land acquisition Evergreen has made in the past two months at the strategically located Interstate 70-Central Park Blvd. interchange.
“Runway 35 North will be another exciting co-development project with Equity Ventures and Wall Development, offering a mix of retail, restaurant and medical uses,” said Tyler Carlson, managing principal of Evergreen. “With its close proximity to The Shops at Northfield Stapleton and Enterprise Business Center, Runway 35 North will be an excellent addition to the Central Park master plan.”
Runway 35 North is a joint venture between Evergreen, Equity Ventures Commercial Development and Wall Development Group, the new project will join Evergreen’s co-development project of Runway 35 South, located at the northeast corner of 40th Ave. and Central Park Blvd.
The 557,439-square-foot mixed-use site is conveniently located at the southwest corner of 46th Avenue and Central Park Boulevard. The master site infrastructure is scheduled to be completed by fall 2021 with tenants and pad users opening for business in 2022.
In addition to this acquisition, Evergreen Devco also completed the sale of a 0.83-acre pad to Go Church. Led by Lead Pastor Nick Calloway, Go Church plans to start construction on the 36,159-square-foot pad in the coming years. Tony Pierangeli and Erik Christopher of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Evergreen in the transaction.
