Face Foundrie, an all-inclusive focused facial bar providing facials, lashes, brows and skincare services, will open its first Denver location on Feb. 3, 2023, in the Cherry Creek North shopping district next month at 2630 E 3rd Ave.
Michele Henry founded the brand in 2019 after the birth of her third child to meet a need in the market for accessible and approachable skincare.
“Cherry Creek is a great location in terms of demographic saturation for our concept. It is one of our favorite neighborhoods in Denver, and I’m thrilled to be planting our flagship there,” said Henry, founder and CEO of Face Foundrie. “Our Denver location is acting as our ‘Innovation Hub.’ We will be piloting new products and services at this location before launching nationally. Not only will this make the Cherry Creek location a ‘hotspot’ for clients as they get the latest and greatest, but, as a franchisor, it allows us to forecast how the changes will impact the rest of the system. In terms of the franchising industry, we have yet to see this in the beauty space and are excited about the role it will play in development across the country.”
Molly Bayer with CBRE’s Boulder office worked with Brandon Famous and Alexandra McGinn with CBRE’s global retail services team to represent Face Foundrie in the lease.
“Face Foundrie is an excellent addition to Cherry Creek North, a retail destination known for its high-quality goods and services brands. The Cherry Creek submarket has some of the lowest retail vacancy rates in the metro area as brands are drawn to the area’s affluent demographics,” said Bayer.
Metro-wide retail vacancy held steady in the third quarter of 2022 at 6.6%, according to CBRE research. However, vacancy in the Colorado Boulevard submarket, home to Cherry Creek, sits at just 4.5%.
The Denver store will be Face Foundrie’s 40th U.S. location. The brand’s other Colorado store is in Colorado Springs at The Promenade Shops at Briargate.
