According to Westword, on December 21, Westminster City Council approved a proposal to develop 233 acres, formally known as Uplands, into a mixed-use neighborhood in Westminster.
Oread Capital & Development — that acquires, develops, and operates best-in-class residential and mixed-use communities, primarily in the Denver and Boulder market areas — plans to build 2,350 small to mid-sized dwelling units over the 233 acres, which would house an estimated population of 5,421.
