Bowles Crossing shopping center has announced the opening of Littleton’s first Floor & Decor. As the nation’s leading high-growth retailer specializing in hard-surface flooring for homeowners and professionals, Floor & Decor officially opens its doors to the public on December 19. This new store marks the company’s sixth location in the Denver metro area.
The 83,675-square-foot space will be an impressive addition to the Littleton community, featuring the industry’s largest in-stock selection of tile, wood, natural stone, laminate and luxury vinyl plank flooring. To meet the store’s expansive inventory needs, local construction crews raised the roof of the building during renovations. Beyond flooring, Floor & Decor will offer decorative materials, wall tile, tools and accessories to support a wide range of hard-surface flooring projects for DIY enthusiasts and industry professionals alike. About 50 full-time and part-time associates will be on-site, ready to assist customers with their home improvement projects.
“We’re delighted to have Floor & Decor join the Bowles Crossing family,” said Lori Giggey, property manager at Bowles Crossing. “Their presence not only enhances our shopping center but also brings a valuable resource to the Littleton community, offering unmatched support and expertise for both residents and professionals pursuing home improvement projects.”

“We’re thrilled to announce our newest store location in Littleton,” Bridget Johnson, the store’s chief executive merchant, said. “For more than two decades, Floor & Decor has had the opportunity to serve professionals and homeowners throughout the nation, and we are excited to expand our footprint in Denver with this new location. We look forward to becoming part of the community and welcoming our newest neighbors into our store and making their renovation journeys easier, inspired and more affordable.”
Bowles Crossing, owned and managed by Vestar, continues to enhance its tenant mix. Recently, the center welcomed Café Rio, known for its fresh, made-from-scratch Mexican cuisine, and VIA 313, a Detroit-style pizzeria widely acclaimed by food enthusiasts. In spring 2025, an 11,000-square-foot Party City location will also open at the shopping center, further solidifying Bowles Crossing as Littleton’s premier shopping and experiential destination.
