Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Telluride, the highly anticipated property marking the ski town’s first new luxury hotel or residential development in 15 years, has unveiled its grand amenities. Designed by California-based interiors firm Clements Design, the spaces range from must-have ski services to over-the-top wellness features and beyond.

“Four Seasons has established its world-class reputation because of the unmatched experience they create, so we knew we had to match that caliber with every piece of this property, from the location to the design,” said Dev Motwani, president and CEO of Merrimac Ventures, which is developing the property alongside Fort Partners. “Amenities are a vital part of the resident experience because they help elevate a beautiful home into a full-fledged lifestyle where your wellness, social and recreational needs are met in one place, without stepping foot outside. Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Telluride will offer everything today’s buyers are looking for.”

Amenities at the development, slated to break ground this summer, will include a lofty lobby pavilion with a stately fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows framing postcard-like mountain views, an indoor lap pool, outdoor hot tub, state-of-the-art fitness center, kids’ club, ski in/ski out access, ski valet and underground parking. Four Seasons’ signature spa, a fixture at all locations, is being elevated at this property with the inclusion of seven treatment rooms, a silent Relaxation Lounge and a Thermal Lounge containing a steam room, bio-sauna, Jacuzzi and cold plunge, all designed to boost detoxification, aid circulation and reduce inflammation. Complementing these offerings, the on-site wellness studio features cryotherapy, LED light therapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, while each hotel room and residence is infused with an in-house oxygenation system to help further combat Telluride’s high altitude.

Residents and hotel guests will also enjoy the world-renowned services Four Seasons is known for, such as butler services, housekeeping, valet, in-residence dining, wellness programming and more.

In addition to the amenities, Clements Design is curating the hotel and hotel residence interiors, while renowned Seattle-based architecture firm Olson Kundig is responsible for the overall architecture and the design of the private residences. The property will offer 26 private residences, 43 hotel residences and 52 hotel keys, and is expected to open in 2028.

Pricing for current availability begins at $4 million. Bill Fandel of Compass and Brian O’Neill of Telluride Properties are leading sales.
