Konvoy, a leading early-stage venture capital firm investing in the technology and platforms driving the video gaming industry, has announced the grand opening of its new headquarters in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood. This move marks a significant milestone in Konvoy’s growth and its deeper integration into the Denver financial community.

The new headquarters is located in the newly constructed building at 320 Fillmore St., a 60,000-square-foot Class A office and retail building by developer Midwest Property Group, Ltd., a Chicago-based real estate firm. The building combines 10,000 square feet of dedicated ground-floor retail space and 5,007 square feet of state-of-the-art office space. Designed by 4240 Architecture to foster innovation and collaboration, key amenities include a media room for hosting the firm’s podcast “Game Changers,” a gaming room, a dedicated partners office, and open workspaces.

This new space enables Konvoy to further support its expanding portfolio, back the next generation of visionary founders, and continue building a lasting impact in the industry.

“We’re excited to officially establish our new headquarters in Cherry Creek,” said Jackson Vaughan, managing partner of Konvoy. “This expansion enables us to grow and build on the strong foundation we’ve created. From starting out in borrowed office space in NYC to opening our own office with a thoughtfully designed space and a dedicated team of nine, this moment is incredibly special for us.”

Founded by Managing Partners Josh Chapman, Jason Chapman, and Jackson Vaughan in 2016, Konvoy has been anchored in Denver since 2018. The Cherry Creek move represents the firm’s first custom-built headquarters, signaling a new chapter in its journey.
