GH Phipps Celebrates Completion of Marshdale Elementary School

GH Phipps has announced the successful completion of the new Marshdale Elementary School campus in Evergreen. The architect is Hord Coplan Macht.

The new 68,875-square-foot, single-story elementary school features a more modern atmosphere in the classrooms and common areas including the gymnasium, performance art area, and cafeteria. New improvements have been made to administration spaces in order to give teachers a stronger launching pad for educating their students. Exterior developments include redesigning the playground structures, landscaping, and upgrading traffic management patterns around the school.

Funding for the new Marshdale Elementary is thanks to Jefferson County voters and their support of the 2018 bond measure.
