BGL Facilities Consultants recently announced that its name has changed following the company’s merger with Cresa. They will now be a service line of the global real estate company, known as Cresa Workspace Planning, Design and Support.
“We have worked side-by-side with Cresa since 2014 when we first started sharing an office in Denver,” said Lynda Schroer, Cresa WPDS managing principal. “Our name change finally makes the merger official and being a fully integrated part of Cresa gives us a broader platform to service corporate occupiers on a global scale.”
The Workspace Planning, Design and Support team, led by Lynda Schroer, includes more than 32 employees in Colorado and other states who provide services in design, space planning, relocation management, occupancy planning, project management and embedded support.
The team has worked with clients such as Charter Communications, Lockheed Martin, Xcel Energy, Whole Foods, Charles Schwab and Western Union among others.
