ENGLEWOODPinkard Construction Company, with Christian Living Communities (CLC) and the South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce, recently held a grand opening celebration for Eagle Pointe, CLC’s support office building in Meridian office park. More than 100 business partners, supporters, and south metro Denver businesses helped CLC officially dedicate its new permanent home.

The $1.7 million tenant improvement provides larger and updated, office, training and meeting spaces to help support CLC’s mission of providing daily services and care to more than 2,000 older adults. It included a buildout to create an athletic/workout area with two ADA bath/shower combinations; reconfiguration of existing walls; complete gut and rebuild of the third floor; open office areas, conference rooms, executive offices, and a break room kitchen.

Designed by Galloway Architects, Eagle Pointe houses more than 60 employees that support all operations for 17 senior living communities and services in the mountain and mid-western regions of the United States, plus consulting services to a half-dozen other communities.

“The Pinkard and Galloway team did such a great job, and made a difficult and painful remodeling project easy,” said President and CEO Terry Rogers.

Since 2004, Pinkard and Christian Living Communities have partnered on more than $161 million in senior living construction CM/GC projects.
