On Thursday, September 17, Zeppelin Development held a socially distanced grand opening for Kabin, a 200-unit design-forward apartment building on the Taxi Campus in RiNo. Attendees enjoyed intimate tours and bites from Thai Kun, drinks from Lost City and tunes by TAXI’s very own DJ Simone Says.
Kabin provides attainably priced apartments to service industry and young professionals with a downtown location and amenities that work well for them. Built by Vertix Builders and designed by a collaboration including Dynia Architects, Barker Rinker Seacat Architecture, and Wenk Associates; functionality pairs with Nordic design providing a connection to the outdoors.
The residences are primarily one-bedrooms with wood panel detailing on the exterior and interior areas, providing a warmer pallet. Enhanced appliances, lighting and plumbing fixture packages are provided, and operable glass garage doors – a Zeppelin signature – are included in every unit to maximize sunlight and fresh air.
Residents enjoy easy access to all of the amenities and services on the TAXI campus, including restaurants, a shipping container pool, conference rooms, community garden, early childcare education center and more.
