Vertix Builders, a culture-focused construction company, has successfully completed construction of the new Peak medical office building (MOB) on the Parker Adventist Medical Campus. The company celebrated along with doctors and staff and a team that included RTA Architects, Med Development and Parker Adventist, during a ribbon cutting ceremony.
Peak MOB is a $25 million, four story, 86,000-square-foot building located on the Parker Adventist Medical Campus. Tenant spaces include medical oncology services, internal medicine, obstetrics, neurology, radiology and gynecology, and an Ear, Nose, and Throat practice.
“As a healthcare construction specialist, we’re very proud to complete another successful project on behalf of Centura Health and Parker Adventist,” said Brady McQuinn, director of Healthcare Construction for Vertix Builders. “Our team did a fantastic job managing the affects from COVID-19 and holding the construction schedule for a project that started just a month before the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak. Everyone followed our new protocols for health and safety and I couldn’t be prouder of everyone involved.”
