X Denver, an 813-bed apartment building located within blocks of Coors Field, welcomed the first of its residents this spring and will be celebrating the grand opening of its membership-based club next month. X Denver residents receive a complimentary membership to the X Club included in their lease agreement and non-residents may purchase a membership for $275 a month.
Located downtown behind Coors Field at 3100 Inca Street, X Denver’s apartment complex features fully furnished co-living suites as well as traditional studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The co-living suites, which are available as three and four-bedroom floor plans, allow residents the opportunity to conveniently live with friends or other signed residents while maintaining their privacy with private and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Residents will have access to in-unit laundry, spacious closets, downtown or mountain views and high-speed Wi-Fi at no additional cost.

The unconventional membership club, which will have its soft opening next month, features a rooftop lounge with a full-service bar and restaurant, reservable conference rooms, group fitness classes, daily wellness offerings, a fully equipped gym, private meeting pods, and a rooftop pool “house” with a wading and swimming pool, 30-person jacuzzi, cocktail bar, firepits, amphitheater seating and mountain views.
For residents with four-legged friends, they will have the luxury of taking their pets out directly on the roof of the apartment building with the construction of the “bark park.” The rooftop park has individual sections for both larger and smaller dogs. The apartment building is also conveniently located within minutes of Cuernavaca Park, Railyard Dog Park, Commons Park and Confluence Park.
Residents of X Denver can stay connected 24/7 with the building through the X Denver app. App features include mobile key access, visitors and remote unlock, co-living bedroom lock, event browsing and RSVP capabilities as well as in-app chat and customer support. The building is also equipped with 24/7 security cameras and a professional cleaning staff.
