Gresham Smith announced its expansion to Denver in 2023, and the firm has been operating in a temporary space while the design and construction of the new space was completed. The firm’s new office space now occupies 8,000 square feet in the Park Central tower at 1515 Arapahoe Street in Denver’s central business district. Gresham Smith’s office design continually evolves to cater to its diverse workforce and hybrid work style. The team of workplace designers tailor each office location to the local and regional geography, culture and architecture, while maintaining a distinct ‘Gresham Smith’ feel. This balance ensures each space is unique and part of the firm’s identity.
