GH Phipps joined Littleton Public Schools students, officials, and educators to celebrate the groundbreaking of the new Little Raven Elementary School in Littleton. The new school will become part of the Moody Elementary School campus. The project
architect is MOA Architecture.
The new school is part of a $298 million bond voters approved in 2018. The new, $35 million, 94,000-square-foot school will provide the appropriate space for small and large group instruction, creativity, and innovation. It will include new playgrounds, playing fields and parking to serve the neighborhood, and is scheduled to open in the fall of 2023 for the 2023-2024 school year.
In 2022, GH Phipps will celebrate 70 years of work along the front range. The general contractor is one of the largest construction companies in the Colorado region, known for its work in the healthcare, higher education, K-12, civic and commercial arenas.
