Howell Construction was joined by the project teams from UCHealth, Remedy Medical Properties (site developer), and the Davis Partnership Architects design team to celebrate the groundbreaking of a new medical office building in Green Valley Ranch.

Upon completion, the 12,170-square-foot medical office building will feature six different facades: Nichia fiber cement panels, masonry stone at the entrance, brick veneer, fabricated metal panel wall accents, storefront assembly, and curtainwall assembly at the main entrance.

The interior build-out for UCHealth includes connection to city utilities and the creation of designated spaces for a physical therapy clinic, an urgent care clinic, and a primary care clinic.

The space will include exam rooms, treatment areas, registration, restrooms, a lactation room, x-ray and mammography rooms, and staff breakroom areas. The x-ray room walls are lead-coated and all penetrations are lead sealed. The project is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2025.

“Howell’s relationship with UCHealth dates back to 2017,” said David Gazarik, Howell project manager. “We’re excited to continue building on our legacy of successful project outcomes for them and the Green Valley Ranch community.”
