California-based Harbor Associates has purchased Plaza 25 in Englewood for $17.93 million, according to Arapahoe County public records.
The 196,80-square-foot, three-building office property is located in Greenwood Village at 8100 to 8300 E. Maplewood Ave and was built in 1981. The three buildings sit on raised podiums that allow for premium mountain views to the west. Its tenants include law firms, healthcare, energy and financial service companies.
Harbor plans to conduct interior and exterior renovations, as well as a rebranding of the project. Additions will include a new fitness center and conference room, installation of outdoor seating and collaboration areas and new landscaping, as well as built-out and move-in-ready speculative tenant suites.
Harbor now owns four assets in Denver totaling almost 600,000 square feet. These properties include 820 16th St. in Denver and Capitol Center at 225 E. 16th Ave.
