DENVER – Haselden Construction’s new 1,750 square foot North Regional office, located at 330 S. College Avenue in Fort Collins, currently houses half a dozen team members with the ability for more to use the space depending on project load.
“We’ve worked in this area for decades,” said Haselden Vice President and Fort Collins native Derek Oliver. “So establishing roots here in Fort Collins was a natural next step.”
Fort Collins Mayor Wade Troxell attended the grand opening and performed the ribbon cutting of Haselden’s new office.
“For a long time Haselden has been a rock-steady construction firm in Northern Colorado and Fort Collins, so just having this affirmation of setting down an office here in Fort Collins is a wonderful thing,” Troxell stated during the ceremony. “I see a lot of opportunities to continue to build the relationship here in Northern Colorado and Fort Collins.”
The company works closely with Colorado State University, currently working on the Health Education Outreach Center and the Global Food Innovation Center. Recently Haselden completed the Biology and Chemistry Buildings on campus.
“It’s such a convenient location, both for our customers and our team members,” noted Oliver.
Other projects in the area include a recently awarded on-call contract with the City of Fort Collins, the newly opened UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital in Longmont, and the Larimer County Administration Building in Loveland, which is currently under construction.
