Highlands Ranch, CO – Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) recently announced that it has secured equity and construction financing for the development of Solana Lucent Station, a 285-unit, Class A multi-housing community in the Highlands Ranch community of Denver, Colorado.
HFF worked on behalf of the developer, ReyLenn Properties LLC, to arrange the financing.
Due for completion in 2018, Solana Lucent Station will be situated on 9.89 acres at the northwest corner of Lucent Boulevard and Plaza Drive approximately 14.5 miles south of downtown Denver. The transit-oriented property is immediately adjacent to the future end-of-the-line light rail station at C-470/Lucent Boulevard and also provides nearby access to Highway 85 and Interstate 25.
The three-story, LEED Gold project will feature highly-amenitized one-, two- and three-bedroom units with attached garages. Community amenities will include a resort-style swimming pool with an outdoor living room; spa; barbecue grilling stations; and an 8,500-square-foot clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center.
