The Hispanic Contractors of Colorado (HCC) is proud to announce the appointment of Alejandra “Ale” Spray as the organization’s first chief executive officer (CEO) and president.
Spray has been an active HCC member for over 20 years, demonstrating her unwavering dedication through numerous volunteer and leadership roles. Her contributions to the HCC span from volunteering as a committee chair, board of director, and the founder of the HCC Women in Leadership (WIL) committee. Spray has played a pivotal role in transforming the organization over the years.
With over two decades of construction experience, Spray brings a profound understanding of how the HCC operates. Her extensive background includes working with small to large-sized construction firms, providing unique insights into what it truly takes to support small and diverse businesses in construction. She holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering, further enhancing her ability to lead the organization effectively while being a voice for our members at the legislative level.
Spray has established strong collaborations with numerous industry organizations to advocate for small and diverse businesses. She is also deeply passionate about supporting legislative initiatives and has cultivated strong connections with A/E/C organizations and public officials across Colorado.
