HOK Expands Moving to Larger Denver Office

HOK is designing a new training facility and team headquarters for the Denver Broncos.

To support continued growth, HOK is expanding its design studio in Denver taking a new 5,500-square-foot space within its existing LoDo Towers building. The small team that founded the studio in 2021 has now grown to 20 people. The team will continue to work on projects across multiple markets and disciplines, including Corporate, Healthcare, Science + Technology, Sports + Recreation + Entertainment, Lifestyle, Higher Education, Aviation + Transportation and Interiors.

“The growth of our Denver practice shows our commitment to the city and region. Our approach is simple: build around our incredible Denver leadership team,” said Eli Hoisington, AIA, LEED AP, HOK’s co-CEO. “The team has connected deeply with the local community and designed projects that make a real impact. It’s a success story that shows the entrepreneurial spirit we foster across all our studios. We’re excited about the opportunities Denver offers our people, clients and the firm.”

Leaders in the Denver office include Candace Todd, NCIDQ, senior regional practice leader; Bill Johnson, FAIA, design principal; Ryan Byrnes, IIDA, Associate AIA, LEED AP, director of design, Interiors. Ana-Maria Drughi, AIA, and Rashed Singaby, AIA, are senior project designers.

“Denver’s vibrant business community and thriving economy provide incredible growth opportunities,” said Todd. “Our larger studio space enhances our ability to collaborate with clients, deliver innovative designs and shape Denver’s future. We look forward to strengthening our partnerships and creating new ones as we expand in the region.”

Current and recent HOK projects in the region include a new training facility and team headquarters for the NFL’s Denver Broncos, a confidential project at the University of Denver; Intrado’s new workplace in Longmont; the William J. Hybl Sports Medicine and Performance Center at the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs; Polsinelli’s office in downtown Denver; and strategic and facility master planning for UC Health.
